Apps to keep you from losing your mind 😖
Have you heard of cognitive behavioral therapy? It's a short-term therapy program that teaches you skills to change unhelpful thought patterns.
The tools from CBT can be helpful for anyone, especially when you're dealing with the stress that comes with dealing with healthcare issues.
There are some pretty cool apps out there that help people learn CBT techniques, which is great since mental health care can be so incredibly difficult to access. While an app isn't a replacement for mental health care, it can still be helpful.
One of these apps is Mood Tools. Another cool tool is WoeBot, a therapy chatbot. They're both free and no, I'm not getting paid to tell you about them.
