Where to find caregiving support
Hi ,
As caregivers, so many of us are looking to find support. Other caregivers are the best resource for finding financial help, practical advice for unique situations, and simply understanding what we're going through.
Larry put together a list on where to find caregiver support groups, online and offline. If you're looking for support online, you're at the right place.
One thing that really struck me this week was Wiley's announcement that there's a link between how often you get out of the house and your life expectancy.
Their research focused on the elderly and they're not saying there's a cause/effect relationship. However, it's a good reminder that going out to see friends, take a walk, or even run errands is important.
Until next week,

What's the most rewarding part of caregiving?
We all talk about how rewarding — and challenging — caregiving can be, but we rarely talk about why it’s so rewarding.

When there's no space for memories
Everything had a memory for my mom. Now that she's gone, it's left to me to clear out her house.

If I could
I lost my husband on October 3rd 2017, after many health issues since 2007… Stroke, heart attack, open heart surgery and many others.
