Because caregivers don't get holidays off 📆
Hi ,
So many of us are providing care around the clock. While we may not get any time to relax this Labor Day, it's a good opportunity to remember that Labor Day is all about -- people standing up and demanding what they need.
Caregiving is such a common issue that it's almost completely overlooked. And it's especially difficult for young caregivers. One of the biggest issues keeping caregivers from becoming the powerful group we could be is that so many people don't even realize they're caregivers -- meaning they don't realize they should be asking for help!
Some countries provide care in really different ways than we do in the US and Canada. Even in the US things are better in some places than others. Some people even travel in order to access affordable care.

Where's the line between helping out a loved one and being their caregiver?
What do we, as caregivers, need to ask for?
Does your area have a program that helps caregivers that could be rolled out to other places?
