Here's how caregivers solve some problems and cope with others 💬
Hi ,
I've been feeling pretty overwhelmed lately and I'm sure a lot of you have been, too. Adrienne is a big proponent of the healing power of journaling, so I decided it was a good place to start with self care. I'm getting back into the habit and it's really helping me sort out my thoughts.
Harriet's article on tracking caregiving feelings in a journal was perfect timing for me. Perhaps it'll help you, too.
Do you keep a journal? If so, do you keep it on paper, in an app, or online? Does it help? How long have you been journaling?
We used to share weekly journal prompts. Let me know if you'd like for us to start doing that again.
Hit 'reply' and I'll share your responses on the site over the next few weeks. I generally share these posts on Sundays, if you're keeping track. If you'd like your response to be anonymous or private, just let me know.
Until next week,
