The cherry blossoms are out (or so Instagram tells me!) and it feels like winter is finally gone for good.
Spring makes me think of fresh starts. I feel like I could use a fresh start more than once a year, though! When things are overwhelming, I need to find a reset button in order to make it through the day.
What's your reset button?
I've found myself caught up in frustration, grief, and sometimes emotions I couldn't untangle enough to name. But giving ourselves time to mope and work through things isn't usually an option. What helps you get yourself back together so you can soldier on?
