We're here for you - online, 24/7
Hi ,
National Family Caregivers Month is coming to a close, and we think it's appropriate that this month we begin our holiday season. Thanksgiving is a time to take stock, and put into perspective all that we have. It's a time to gather back with the family and remember our roots.
As the month unfolded we continued to bring information and articles to help you cope. To help you stay connected. To help you keep your sanity as a caregiver. To boost the connection, particularly on "turkey day," we've set up a special Live Chat.. .that will be lightly moderated throughout the day, but open to everyone on the site. Just login to TheCaregiverSpace.org
If your caregiving takes a break for the holiday, don't fall victim to feeling isolated and alone. Come to our live chat and meet some new friends. If you're working on the day with just a minute to spare, click click click to say hello.
Of course, we're also posting and re-posting on Facebook, and Twitter to keep you fully connected, but we're also posting images designed to inspire, like the one below from last week's Instagram stream.
As part of your own self care, put some time aside to make a new friend - reply to or post your own story to a Forum. Go ahead, connect with your fellow caregivers.
