Rise and SHINE! It's usually a mantra parents sing to their sleepy children, or drill Sargents belt to their crews at ungodly hours of the darkened morning. But when we sing it out for ourselves, at whatever time of day we may need, it can give direction and purpose to the simplest tasks. It's how caregivers learn to cope, how we gather strength to make things happen every day.
November is National Caregiver Month in the U.S. But we know that there's never a month off for caregivers. We celebrate the folks who never stop: 24/7/365. So this week The Caregiver Space shows opportunities for all of us to shine... take charge... keep making a difference.
