The season of eating has begun. Here at The Caregiver Space, we're big fans of enjoying ourselves in moderation. Those of us on restricted diets or with mobility issues have a harder time getting to enjoy ourselves without worrying about our health. Send in your questions for PhysEd on our forums or via email.
We've also got two new videos from PhysEd on household chores and targeting your lower abs and thighs. Our friends from Meals to Heal have tips on modifying your favorite recipes to make them a little healthier. Most importantly, remember that this is the only body you have, so love it and enjoy it!
